On Wednesday, July 1st the Athletic Department will be available for all Fall athletes grade 6-12 to come in and get a Supplemental Physical Packet which includes the paperwork the IHSAA is requiring in lieu of a new physical. This includes a questionnaire, consent form, concussion and heat-related illness form. The packets will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the lobby outside the West gym. Please enter the Athletic Center doors in the front of the high school. You will be able to sign and complete right there and have your child ready to go before their first practice.
