The boys track team fell 1 point short of the GSSC championship at Wheeler on Thursday. Tyler Mason helped the team scoring 28 points as he placed 2nd in both hurdles races and 3rd in long jump and the 400. Bryce Noble added 21.5 points as he placed 2nd in pole vault and 3rd in the 1600, 3200, and 3200 relay. Luke Maurer had an exceptional night as he placed 2nd in the 100,200 and 400 relay and 6th in long jump.
There were two champions as Max Warchol won pole vault and Dominic Amadio won the 300 hurdles. 4th places were by Alex Arce in the 1600 and 800, Charlie Watson in the 400, and Cole Cameron in the 3200. The 400 relay was 2nd with Austin Fanta, Max Warchol, Charlie Watson, and Tim McKay. The 1600 relay was 2nd with Austin Fanta, Luke Maurer, Charlie Watson, and Tim McKay.
