The wildcats traveled to Bellaboos to face Griffith and host River Forest. The race was more of a road race, being on a bike path for most of the time. The predictable terrain led to many fast times for both the boys and the girls.
The girls easily defeated both teams with just 16 points. Griffith had 41, and River Forest did not field a team. The girls placed 5 in the top 6 finishers and six of the top ten. Scarlett Nelson finished first, while Skylar Ferry, Shannon Nelson and Leah Hernandez finished 2-4 and each ran personal best times. Aubrey Flood was 6th and also ran a personal best. Molly Miller shaved nearly a minute off of her previous personal best time.
The boys also collected two wins. The team scored 20 points, while Griffith finished with 43. River Foest did not have a complete team. The team placed seven in the top ten for the meet. Brayden Kurczewski, Danny Kartz and Austin Miller placed 2-4. Austin Miller ran a personal best time. Jacksen Coduti, John Nelson, Braden Flood, Peyton Gettemans and Cai Jacquess ran personal best times.
